A: A home inspection is an evaluation of the overall condition of a residential property, which is useful for both home buyers and home sellers, as well as real estate professionals. It helps the parties to a home sale understand the functions of the various systems and components of the home, as well as the maintenance issues related to homeownership.


Q: What is included in a home inspection?

A: We will conduct a non-invasive evaluation of the visible and accessible structure, systems and components of a home including the Roof, Attic, Electrical, Plumbing, Interior Rooms, Basements, Crawlspace, Heating and Cooling systems, Water Heaters, and more. Infrared Thermal Imaging is also included with every home inspection, at no additional cost!


Q: How soon can I expect my home inspection report?

A: Your Alvaron Home Inspection Report will be completed and delivered to you via email within 3 business days of your completed inspection.


Q: Is your Home Inspector certified?

A: Yes! Our Home Inspector is certified through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) as well as through Inspection Certification Associates (ICA).


Q: How long will the inspection take?

A: The length of the home inspection can vary depending on many factors such as square footage, furniture, and people present at the time of inspection. On average, a home inspection can take up to 2-4 hours or more depending on those different factors. Your Home Inspector may be able to provide you with a more accurate estimate.


Q: Can I attend the home inspection?

A: Absolutely! We encourage our clients to attend the home inspection and ask questions to help them gain better insight into the condition of the home. Just be sure to be careful and be sure to follow your Home Inspector's instructions.


Q: What if I have any questions about the inspection or my report?

A: Our clients can and are encouraged to contact us at any time before, during, or after the inspection if they have any questions. We are always happy to assist you!


Q: How much do you charge for a home inspection?

A: Our home inspection fees are determined by a variety of factors based on the property being inspected. For a more accurate estimate, please contact us today!


Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We currently accept cash and all major credit cards as form of payment.


Q: Do you also inspect commercial buildings?

A: We currently only inspects residential buildings.
